I am so excited to be running as your Greens candidate for Ivanhoe
I’ve lived, worked, and raised my family in Ivanhoe, and I know our community is full of people committed to fairness, inclusion, and sustainability. From my work as a teacher to my human rights advocacy, I’ve seen the power of people coming together to create real change.
I’ll work alongside our community to deliver real change and build a stronger, more connected, and sustainable Ivanhoe for everyone.
Ivanhoe residents deserve better schools, accessible health services, and thriving community spaces. I’m standing to make sure every voice in our community is heard and respected, and to ensure investment reaches the places and people who need it most. From safe, well-funded schools and green spaces to better transport and healthcare, I’ll work alongside our community to deliver real change and build a stronger, more connected, and sustainable Ivanhoe for everyone.
The Greens track record
In the balance of power in parliament the Greens have secured:
$60 million to protect nature and get homes and businesses off gas
Renting reforms including banning no grounds evictions and rental bidding
5000 more empty homes available by making the tax on empty homes stronger
$150 million for bike lanes and pedestrian safety
Proudly supported the first Treaty in Australia
Stopped the renewal of the MoU with Israeli Ministry of Defence
